I offer an individualized combination of services based on my clients unique needs during pregnancy, labor and birth.

The Birth Essentials

  • Free consultation visit.

  • At least two visits during your pregnancy to discuss your plans for birth.

  • Available 24 hours a day 7 days a week starting two weeks prior to your due date until the birth of your baby.

  • Continuous support during labor and birth.

  • Third prenatal meeting, if overdue

  • One postpartum visit and referrals to additonal resources as needed.

  • Access to lending library and community resources.

  • Placenta Encapsulation

Postpartum Care

 

  • Breastfeeding and infant care support

  • Perineal care package

  • Light housekeeping (laundry and dishes)

  • Grocery shopping

  • Simple meal preparation

  • Care of siblings

  • Referral to community resources and professionals

  • Day and night availability (sleep support for you and baby)
